Bob Rowling, who resides in East Perth, became a celebrant at the end of 2007. He offers a variety of choices for couples. He has in his possession a number of books to assist them in formulating their ceremonies. Bob offers assistance to those persons born overseas, with regard to the steps to obtaining visas. He also has a good collection of music which is important for the ceremony. As an added bonus he engages the services of a professional calligrapher to hand write the wedding certificate. Bob feels that it is a nice personal touch and assists in any other matters which may arise.
He is careful in ensuring the couples feel comfortable and confident with him particularly in the initial consultation.

The costs will be discussed at our first meeting, in my office at Helena Valley and included is a non-refundable deposit at first meeting when the Notice of Intended Marriage is filled in by the couple and the remainder to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding, a white table and two chairs for signing and a PA system so we can be heard by all present, the rehearsal at site if needed, all the paperwork and lodging with the BDM, designing the ceremony to suit the couple.
I only take one ceremony in a day in case of any problem that may occur and will arrive 30 minutes before ceremony to check that all is going to plan. This is your day and you are ‘especially chosen for each other’.
